Innovation performance – MINT FOOD

Project Description: This project aim at apply the MINT framework in a network of food and engineering companies, develop the framework to be used in small and medium food and engineering companies and use the krAft concept as an innovation process where MINT is a tool for measurement of innovation capabilities. The krAft process enables an open innovation method.

The goal of the project is for the participating companies to have a tool to measure innovation capability in their work/activities and to have measured the innovation capability in the participating companies (11).

The work is carried out both in workshops where all the companies meet and discuss different topics and use different tools to reach the goal. These tools are for example brown boards, design concept/compass, communication tools, lean production, mood boards etc.
