Project description: This project studies the situation where ‘traditional’ manufacturing industries undergo a transition that means integrating services into the traditional product concept. As the traditional ‘borders’ between services, software and hardware vanish, questions arise about how to plan, develop and produce integrated product service concepts. The purpose is to thoroughly understand the new way of working and develop/validate techniques to use for planning innovation in Product Service Systems (PSS).
